24/7 lactation support is available by appointment and request for families needing guidance outside of standard hours. While availability cannot be guaranteed, every effort is made to respond at your requested time, offering timely, compassionate support when you need it most.
Urgent visits include requests outside normal business hours or within 24 hours of request.

An urgent phone consultation ($60) is a 30 minute call focused on quickly addressing feeding concerns and providing clear, practical guidance.
It offers reassurance and emotional support, helping you feel more confident managing challenges especially when in-person care or follow-up is not immediately available.

A urgent virtual visit ($200) is a 40 minute video consultation designed to address feeding concerns that can be assessed remotely.
You’ll receive personalized guidance, troubleshooting, and support- with in person care recommended if hands-on evaluation or follow-up is needed.

An urgent home visit ($300) is a 1 hour in person consultation provided when immediate, in-person support is needed.
This visit focuses on quickly assessing feeding concerns, offering hands-on guidance, and helping stabilize the situation, with follow-up care recommended as needed.
Typical urgent situations:
severe engorgement, clogged ducts, or mastitis concerns
painful latch causing nipple damage
baby not feeding or refusing breast
suspected low milk transfer
sudden milk supply drop
urgent pumping/feeding plan needed
lack of lactation support in hospital
Lactation services are NOT emergency medical care. If you are experiencing concerning postpartum warning signs, contact your OB/GYN or emergency services. If your baby shows concerning signs including dehydration, lethargy, fever, or difficulty breathing, contact your pediatrician or emergency services.
